Additional Information about Payment Processing, Disbursement & Other Terms
UNITED STATES, CANADA, AND UNITED KINGDOM
Payment processing for Fundraisers or Campaigns originating in and from the United States, Canada or United Kingdom is handled by WePay, Stripe or PayPal. We offer a discounted payment processing for every nonprofit organization or for profit businesses, however, you may select your choice of payment processing partner, if you are signed up for any of our premium plans or subscriptions.
- - Approved US 501(c)3 Exempt Nonprofit Organizations are charged only 2.2% + $.30 for all card transactions
- - All other organizations are charged only 2.75% + $.30 for all card transactions
- - Individual Fundraisers are charged 2.9% + $0.30 for all card transactions
- - All donations are directly disbursed to the beneficiary's bank accounts from the payment processing partners as per regular disbursement schedule.
SINGAPORE
Payment processing for all Singaporean Fundraisers is handled by Stripe. All Singaporean fundraisers will be charged one simple fee of 3.75% + $0.30 inclusive of everything. Funds raised are credited into the beneficiary's account within 3-7 working days depending on norms followed by Stripe in Singapore.
INDIA
We offer forever free fundraising to our Indian fundraisers. Payment processing for all Indian fundraisers is handled by our Indian payment processing partner. Please change the currency from the top right side to IN₹ (Indian rupee) for special terms, discounts and rates approved for Indian fundraisers.
REST OF THE WORLD
Payment processing for all S.E. Asian & Other Global Fundraisers is handled by Stripe will be charged one simple fee of 4.75% + $0.30 inclusive of everything. Funds raised are credited into the beneficiary's account within 3-7 working days depending on norms followed by Stripe in your country. Fundraisers from select countries (approved by PayPal & local Governments) can use PayPal as their payment processing partner. PayPal merchant accounts terms depend on the country-specific PayPal terms and regulations. Please check the restrictions that apply to your individual PayPal account.
